Read the Land

The light is steady enough to see by.

You have room to stop and look. That is where this starts.

The ground is not empty. It holds slope, wetness, shade, tracks, and small signs of what can be gathered. None of it is useful until you take the time to read it.

Start close. Walk only where the route makes sense. Watch for plants. Look for low ground where water might collect.

When you need clarity, use Inspect. When you are ready to move, use PF to trace a path before you spend yourself on it.
