Survival

Survival pressure comes from ordinary costs gathering into real limits.

Time passes. Movement spends the body. Work can help, but it also costs attention and condition.

Current Conditions

  • Fatigue rises through effort and falls through rest.
  • Hydration falls as time and work pass.
  • Nutrition falls as the body keeps going.

Practical Rule

Do not treat a visible resource as already gained.

Water, plants, tracks, and terrain signs still require time, movement, condition, and enough local knowledge to use them well.
