Tracks
Tracks¶
Tracks are signs left by movement, not proof of an easy hunt.
The Tracks inspect layer shows what has been learned about local passage. It begins limited, because the ground has not all been read. Moving through the world can widen what is known.
Strong tracks make hunting more reasonable. Weak tracks warn that the same time may be better spent moving, resting, or searching elsewhere.
Treat tracks as evidence, then decide whether the cost is worth it.
